Sun Lee interviewed the bridge crew of the
Reconciliation and had most of them executed. Although she accepted Magnus into her service, she never quite trusted him after his working for such a reprobate as Volk, and eventually transferred him away from her flagship. Unhappy with the situation, Magnus petitioned to be allowed to look for other employment - which Sun Lee was only too happy to grant - and eventually made an arrangement to travel with Lord-Captain Gulliver van Droyt, aboard the frigate
Wanton Adventure.
